Within the last three years, Pioneer Homes has built over 500 homes in the Treasure Valley area that have ranged from approximately 1,000 - 2,400 square feet. These homes have been built in approximately 60 subdivisions withing Ada, Canyon, Gem, and Owhyee counties. We have taken the arduous process of "building your own home" and simplified it by providing the basic concepts and allowing individuals and their families to modify these concepts to create the home they have dreamed of.
